I think even at - 32.2dBm my ONT was able to give me full speeds. Still, it's very low (almost at the point of dropping out) and you should complain to LCO about it. I think low download speed issue is separate.
Looks like there was a 3 hour downtime on 6th, been stable since then. I wasn't at home, not sure if the link itself failed or the PPP auth was failing.
Will add the link status check script like I do for BSNL here as well.

Was having this issue in excitel Delhi yesterday (pakcet loss and low download speed). Lasted from about 8pm to 1am. Even peered services were affected.
Weird thing is it happened yesterday only never happened before that and working good today.
I see. This is the first time I am seeing this too. After I posted the above, it appears to have improved. Latency is still elevated, but packet loss is relatively less.
Probably due to being a weekend, with most people at home due to the Corona scare.
