i have everything on mail. i mailed him within 15 minutes of receiving the package that the nfc feature was not working.
i also mailed him the video showcasing the problem.
i have also mailed him the image of the courier receipt.
i have also mailed him the screenshot of dtdc website confirming that the package has been delivered to his place.
