He would not say anything except call me on this number. I do not get it. He can just ignore my mail if he does not want to refund my purchase. He has not even indicated if there was a problem with the battery he received. Just call me on this number.

Not really a talk on the phone kind of person. Plus I don't see the point in this particular case. He has been avoiding saying anything on email. So I guess he knows he is wrong.

It's like he is just having fun trying to get me on the phone. I am more angry with eBay. The review was genuine. Removing it without even intimating me is just nasty business practice. As Nishant was saying... I am going to order from AliExpress rather than eBay in future.
