Fake Products being sold on eBay India

ebay rejected my claim about the package not being as described.
what was i supposed to do?
seller has confirmed he has received the package on ebay mail.

call ebay and ask them to manually put a claim for you.
they would do that once you ask them to check your ebay inbox and see that item is duly returned to seller.

and what explanation they gave you for rejecting the claim ??

i got the mail from them that my claim was rejected WHILE I was on the phone waiting for ebay to connect to the seller to discuss my claim. They basically said that they had a chat with me and seller and found my claim to be inaccurate. The guy on the phone earlier said that he did not understand my problem because the battery was working fine as a battery. As others have mentioned in this thread, eBay India appears to have changed their policies and have become pro sellers. Another person posted about the same thing today on the forum... eBay removing negative comments for sellers selling fake products and so on.

Tell you Ebay cc people are another bunch of losers

Trying for a few days to get a refund from eBay. Fuckers are not complying.

I had got refund I think after 20-30 days..dont remember.

Well they need to initiate the process first right? Right now according to them... The claim was rejected so everything went well with the order.

Dont know if they re-consider claims already rejected.

But in my case they took 13-15 days to reply (after I claimed "item not as described") and then another 10-15 days for refunding back to bank.

There is nothing to consider. The seller has confirmed that he has received the return. And he has asked me to contact eBay for the refund. The case is clear as water. eBay just need to read and process the refund
