could have fixed the problem in 2 seconds. but it took me many hours to first identify the issue that was causing downtime and then move the data from b2 to DO. i would stay on DO for the time being... too much work to move newer files back.
i wonder if anyone is using this feature. and if it is working correctly. there should be a sql query that should tell me the accounts where this setting is enabled... let's see.
xenforo claims their cron job runs every 20 minutes which processes this change. but on my install, it appears to run once every hour so that has been weird as well.
It should logically remove all traces of these threads from the view. As if those sections don't exist. From recent activity. From search results. New posts and everywhere else... I wonder if you still get alerts from threads you had participated in, in the past. I should have done this years ago. Would have saved a lot of burn for the other side.
