How is the forum performing for you wrt speed?

as if taking 2min to load single page/post wasnt enough :'(
 
Is the forum access slightly slower than before? Server guys disabled SPDY because of some issue. SPDY is supposed to decrease the time of handshake connectivity because of the HTTPS thingy... I am seeing a noticeable slowdown at first access. But could be placebo because I know that SPDY has been disabled. I am talking about the response time it takes for the page to start load... from the moment you click on a link.
 
Today I am observing big delay when trying to open any thread. Main page or sub-forums open quick, but only opening threads is slower. In browser status bar (checked with Chrome) "Establishing Secure Connection" is displayed. It is taking nearly 30-60 seconds for thread to fully load depending upon thread content. Similar slow loading behavior also observed with FF and IE browser with different messages in status bar.
