I have D-Link 2750u router, is there any script to restart for it?

Try via telnet. I have an expect script that opens the telnet prompt and restarts the router. But its in linux, not sure if expect works in windows.

Always had issues with scripts and had to leave the computer on for execution so fount this solution simple of just automatic cutting off power to router for a minute every day of the week multiple times

Ya thats the one. I just it customised it with the help of electrician to have it in a box with multiple Plugs.Just like an extension cord with timer in it with one serving the router through the timer and other plug for direct use

Fancier ones can be imported through uk for a bomb. Just google for digital mains timer switch and you might find something for your liking. At walmart in us its available cheap for $10-15
