Hathway Broadband launches Docsis 3.0 Ultra High speed network

Just got a wireless router (D-Link 600 DIR-600M, C1:3.02) as part of the docsys plan. Am not able to access twitch.tv(tried various streams) while all other sites run smoothly. Sometimes it will load for a bit at the lowest settings. Any suggestions?
So far only thing i have tried is setting the router dns to google dns servers. speedtest gives a download of 40 mbps+

Pathetic speeds since two days... slower than 2 mbps.
Update: Looks like after tweeting the situation is much better Getting 20 - 40 mbps on international links now

Pathetic downtime, pathetic help desk - just keep on saying 'we will resolve it immediately' without any committment to back it up with action.

Update: no network, no communication from customer Svc - 20 hours of downtime and counting

I would say tweeting is better than contacting their incompetent helpdesk agents.

You guys seem to have some really bad luck. I have not had any downtime. Working sweetly throughout.

Called the sales guy who sold me the package. He told me it's a cable problem in my building and they're replacing the entire cable on Monday. Till then voda and mtnl.....
