Just the usage details.

The records are mostly accurate. I once checked with a bandwidth measuring software, they're (Hathway) accurate within a margin of +100 to -100 Mb.

Update:
A strange issue started acting up with the modem from 11 AM this morning.
The modem lost connection, restarted itself and the moment I tried to open up a web page, the modem restarted again! I called up Hathway and no problems were reported from their back end, although a weird thing happened; the Downstream LED light on the modem turned from solid green to solid amber. I mentioned this to the CSR but he said, 'If you're able to browse the web then it's working as intended.'
Now, I did my own research into this matter and found that the 'Amber DS light' indicates that the 'Downstream Channels' are not bonded. I did some speed tests and found that I'm restricted to 30 Mbps on one channel. Hence the need for channel bonding, to get to 50 Mbps. I was wondering if anyone else is facing this issue?
Edit: Here's a link, seems like this is a firmware issue with the DPC3008.

Hathway gave me a Thomson (TCM 471) router. So I guess this won't be an issue for me! Did everyone else get Cisco DPC3008?

Well I'm in the suburbs, they just started rolling out the plans here. So my guess is, all the SoBo customers who opted for the plans during launch must have the Thomson TCM 471.
I got a call from their technical department last evening, confirming whether the issue was resolved. Haven't faced any other problems since then and download speeds are back to the solid 50 Mbps. :)

Can anyone tell me what are the contentin ratio for Hathway Docsis 3.0 plans. They have not listed it on their website. While other ISP's like Tikona do list contention ratio on their site. Its very important to know contention ratio as after FUP the speed is going to drop to upto 1mbps and that time contention ratio will play a major role in exactly what speed u get.
BTW anybody used up FUP limit and now under 1mbps or 512kbps speed can tell me what is the exact speed you are getting.
