Yeah! I can do hell lot of things, but I don't like to mess around with things now.

I might visit the store today after taking a backup using Kies and let the shit happen then, would download all the games and stuff again, np!

Sam avoid hardreset by yourself. As Galaxy note have a bad emmc bug which get trigger when you perform a hard reset. It do not happen all the time but possibility is non zero. Better take it to service center if you dont wanna root.

If you are OK with rooting, then Root it, reset. You can unroot if if you want. Otherwise, the service center is the only option for reinstalling the firmware.
