If you're gonna root your phone, just delete the battery stats and perform a re calibration

Samuel, I saw those screenshots. There is something wrong with 70% battery loss with only 1.5 hour screen on time...

Sam as they SS shows 58% is the used by apps. i see that there is lot of possibility of a rouge app or an app updated recently behaving bad with the phone.
hey format your phone and use for 2-3 days do not install any kind of app ....
and test it ...DO not ever ROOT ur phone
I will still suggest check which apps got updated in the last week and try uninstalling them. Plus root will not void your warranty as you can anytime unroot your phone.

and moreover i use an app called autostarts which requires root. with this app you can set app not to start at system boot or at some condition. I am also using note and have faced similar problem in past.

@sam can you click on apps and then show what are the apps usage? Please note that last update of imo messed up. It has ****ed my battery when ever i use it. Phone heats up badly. So if you are using IMO stop it immediately till next update is out
Your kernel seems to be sucking a lot of battery. If I were you I would flash another kernel.
