How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

hope your computer date is not 20th april !! i dont know about duf !! if bsnl is giving correct stuff, then ofcourse it may be a problem with DUF. if it is taking data from your pc, then your system date !!

Your first two screenshots show same total viz 1.498 GB. ( NU ignored)
No 3 from DQUF seems there is a bug.
It does not help the programmer if you post part page of the program..
I have checked my acct both with Datafox ( see statusbar blue ) and DQUF and all seem normal.
Post the page showing amount calculation etc.

I am generally surfing through different websites especially moneycontrol.com, but not watching any videos or listening to music.

The numbers seen are huge.

Is this normal?

The total usage has exceeded 2 GB within a month span.

Kindly let me know what I should be doing?

@tpj, welcome to broadbandforum.co,post the details clearly, insert spaces in between clubbed data..(or just post the screen shot, it will be easy)Now, Disable your Antivirus-automatic updates, Windows automatic updates, and install a firewall like ZoneAlarm, to watch the programs that are using internet.Do this and check your usage after a day or two. Post the result here.

Also addon IETAB to switch to IE for some web sites which don't display properly.

Guess what guys! I contacted the officer at the exchange nearby and finally got my 14 digit portal ID :thumbsup:. It works great and I find myself exeeding usage limits by about 500 mb halfway through the month . Now I've given a letter for change of pan from Home 250 to Home 500.

Hi Friends, In the middle of the month, usage of April month started being diaplayed. Now the problem.....It has all the entries of all sessions of the month till now...but the data used is almost half than the data recorded by my system's bandwidth manager. I use 'ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter'. The problem is not linked with free night hours.What do junta say?

The tariff plan will be changed only on 1 st May, if they accept your letter, after using Home 250 for only two months. You will be charged for excess usage, ( under Home 250 plan) till change is effected to Home 500.
