How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

my broadband usage this month is wrongly counted.please suggest me what to do .i never used so much.and in last month usage from 1.57 am -2.57 am is counted as paid .i have home 500 plan.

Even i found the descripancies in my usage. I am unable to check my usage from a pc otherthan my PC where i have taken BSNL. Also some readings are showing wrongly.Whom to contact for all these ?@tushar131088Suggestion:You can format your message to make it more readable. Or post a snapshot of your usage page.

first of all if your usage is from 1:59:59 to 2:29:59 i.e.just 1 second before 2AM you will still be charged & that's why it is advised that always connect/reboot modem at 2:05AM to be safe & match your PC clock with a good news channel.as for extra usage if you are sure you haven't used that much contact local exchange & say you think your account has been hacked but before that know this that if your account is port binded meaning it can't be used on other telephone line but yours line only then your account can't be hacked.

/members/tushar131088/ Welcome to broadbandforum.co Use Firefox browser with addon adblock plus and flashblock.You also use Datafox to monitor your usage daily . At least 20 to 30% regular download everytime ,of advts/flash/popups in a web page can be avoided. For instance I don't see any Google advts, flash messages avatars of members or jpg picture as signature. in IBF pages. Para two : Check your startup programs , which are programmed for automatic updates. ( Including Windows Automatic Update )

This is continuation to my previous post (post no.6) regarding refund of amount paid by me for excess usage , used in the night unlimited period

i recieved a refund of Rs374 (for 467 MB of excess usage beyond 1.5GB limit)

Regarding this refund i recieved a phone call and also a written statement . please see it here

.Now. You can observer, Only RS 374(for excess usage) is refunded. but when i paid the bill, i had also paid taxes of 12.36% on them. so, i'm going to apply for the refund of Rs47, that i paid as taxes.

To use nigt unlimited benefit it is always suggested to connect to internet after 2.00 am (time.windows.com).

But, if you are charged fr any data during nigtunlimited time, you can always apply for refund and you should get refund.
I faced that problem, and i got my refund.

I was charged Rs421 more for excess usage(rs374 for data+taxes Rs47). Of which Rs 374 is refunded because i was charged for excess usage twice in the night unlimited period.

bsnl meter must b wrong. du meter shows only 2-4 mb when it is 900mb on bsnl.plus bsnl reading is very high or 0.
