How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

ok but how do i get the potral id?i gotta call them up?

Also, I've noticed that the usage isn't recorded accurately and on time. The two sites always show differing stats (off by about 400 MB).

Help? Suggestions? Who does one contact to get this looked into?

Hey .. its the same problem .. here man!! dont worry .. wait for 2 days.
And the data usage that displays is always 12- hrs later usage..

same problem at Surat. Usually, this problem happens in first 4-5 days of every month. By 4th usually usage is available.
