How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

:wall: some times bsnl portal is not opening.if it opens after clicking nescessary options they shows the messageUnexpected Error Reported This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator.i need to check my usage :wall:if anyone knows the solution pleas help me .now a days it took more time to open bsnl portal.only for this site.some times when it opens a blank page is seen .i don,t know what's the problem..............................please help me??????????????????????

try in both with 14 digit portal Id and password. ( for IP 117.xx.xx.xx)

Better to check usage independently with other Bandwidth meters.
Select Tautology or Shaplus meters. ( both with timers )
At least you will know keep track of total download .
recheck with BSNL portal when it functions/

If you use FireFox browser Datafox will show usage just above TaskBar.
( depends on BSNL portal/s)
 
it usually happens every month till 3rd or 4th as they disconnect the daabase for billing purpose....it will get backas usual in a day or 2....
 
Unable to check the usage from Dec.31st onwards :mad: In December the site was very slow and only sometimes I was able to check the usage.
