Try data.bsnl.in. You need a 14 digit portal ID to check the usage. Password will be password. If you do not have portal ID, make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records. Just 2 minute business to get it. Till that time, you can use a bandwidth meter. You can try one from Networx or Shaplus.

I'm from tamil nadu. I can login using the given 14 digit portal id. But when i login in that it directs me to a different page and i cant check usage details in that page... the page that came is
