How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Since your location is shown as Trichy
your broadband Usage portal will be
CRM
(1)Register with your own chosed ID.
(2) You will get a PW by email.
(3) Log in again and see the menu pages, for
number of facilities.
Para two:
As there could be time delay in recording/accessing
the usage data in above web site ( sometimes not available )

hello everyone .. i am from punjab.. recently bsnl changed the usernames for the broadband connection... earlier i used to access the broadband usage at 10.241.32.195 but now i could not access it anymore.. any one has any information about it...please respond

it does not register my customer id .. i think this site is for haryana only..

PlThat site is for entire northern region. If you are able to register successfully, bsnl will email you the password the next morning. However, what I have observed is that with many of the new usernames, registratiom fails on entering the account number. Usually , a trip to the exchange fixes the issue

Mine is updated till 00:12.56 15th Dec 2011 at data.bsnl.in( from FF/Datafox addon . Not compatible for self care portals )Selfcare portals usually update within 24 hours. ( depends on ZONE)In first week for three or four days data may not be updated. Better to use an application to keep track of your usage.Networx or Shaplus.
