How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

When trying to check dataone a/c usage using IE it shows this error:- "Sorry, you cannot access portal because your explore is not Cookie-enabled. Please set your exploreCookie-enabled, and access portal again!"while IE is configured as cookie enabled.I tried alot but all in vane.firefox doesn't work for the same.can someone pls suggest me any solution or another browser to solve this query.

you should use dataone usage finder, no cookie problems in that

how can I get my account usage for previous 4rth, 5thor 6th month from now as bsnl deleted this from "dataone.in> account administration>service record"pls help :mellow:

its not possible . you need to save the usage records for further reference .
see a utility here : http://shaplus.com/dataone

and you may contact your NIB/telephone exchange if they can provide the required usage details . I am not sure that it is possible for them ...

In my opinion, they will provide you previous usage details. If they don't have previous details, then how will they track the culprit in case of any illegal usage. So they must be having them.

anyway Im using opera instead ie but problem isstill the same.

I had the same problem earlier.Try deleting the nocookie.jsp part from the link http://10.241.0.195/noCookie.jsp and then enter and it should work.at least it did for me.
