im getting a blank page when i want to know my usage through the bsnl site n i tried datafox n dataone usage finder all the possible things to know my usage nothink works i fed up with these things so plzz do help to overcome from this problemi got my bsnl broadband connection recently jus a week back ...im unable to see my usage im tensed keepin my fingers crossed regarding the usage so plzz tell me the possible ways to overcome it providing the step by step instructionsthnzz in advance
@ India Broadband Forum - View Profile: udi U get a blank page because your portal id has not been activated by BSNL. And u say that your connection was activated earlier last week. Hence its high time they activated your portal id. Get in touch with the exchange and they might help u out.
my ip starts with 117...and mine is new account
i registered in portal and got my portal id and password
when i try to login in the site -- http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/
the request is going to
http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080BroadBandCustomerPortalUserAuthenticationController
-- which is showing an empty page whether i enter the wrong details or correct details ...can anyone help me....
