You are right but when the manufacturer does nothing for a long time then there are a lots of people who opt for custom ROM's or more creative tweaks

at least with htc you lose your warranty when you root your phone. i guess any suggestion to root your phone should come with this warning. it has become a fairly popular thing to say to anyone with any issue with his phone.

on the tech forums where i posted my problem, almost everyone had a same response. i made a mistake going for a sense loaded phone. i should return it and get a Galaxy nexus. seriously. shut the freaking f up. i bought a phone knowing about it. i have issues with it. i want to give feedback regarding it. you keep your freaking nonsense with you if you are not going to be helpful to my cause. if the only suggestion you can come up with is to get a nexus phone or root your phone to install a custom mod. seriously, i am not very interested in talking to you.
