It is messy....Thats why I see wallets becoming thing of past and all the offers with it
Bharat QR and UPI QR is for UPI payments which is interoperable today as well (except of past QR issued by this apps)

Small charge that is being introduced will eventually be overhead of Merchant(just like how POS machines work)
With SBI +HDFC bringing in new payment method ...its just going to be more messy
 
@royalroy News of the order already posted...just scroll up a bit. Till last year UPI QR codes were not Interoperable..hence RBI gave that order so that all new code issues must be interoperable. ...wallets can't be made interoperable in current state. (as this does not go through UPI backend .. )
 
current status.

still not getting transaction alerts.
kit has been dispatched. got sms with bluedart tracking number.
local branch guy was surprised at wrong name entry in statement. asked me to remind him again once the cheque is properly credited as it is still in clearing.
customer care has no provision to migrate accounts from old portal/app to new portal/app. told me to wait as it would be done automatically in due time. phone support also told me that they cannot help with wrong transaction details. i would have to contact the bank branch lol.
overall, sort of disappointed. but i guess what can one do lol.

this is why I prefer filling online application form so no typo and no extra subscriptions to demat, mutual fund etc shit.
 
Umm. My email id and mobile number are correct. I am getting otps. I got the sms with kit dispatch details. And I also got a stupid email with null message. And I am not subscribed to any extra service.
 
Some good news... Did another transaction and this time around got both sms and email in a few minutes. So that's cool. Debit card kit has arrived Gurgaon and might get delivered today itself. Just need to get that statement entry fixed now!

this was kind of weird.

so the debit card has an offer. 10% cashback on first payment over 1000 till 250. added 3000 bucks to Amazon pay balance. no cashback yet lol.
 
Why do you think it will be instant cashback :D - Also what format of cashback are they supposed to give - Credit to bank account?
