Actually in my opinion, BCCI seems to be right here. BBC and Sky wants about 2000 sq ft facility for free.

Its obvious that Dhoni prefers even Rohit over him, because fielding he saves a few more runs, and scoring runs also he hasnt been a great difference.
In Tests, India tend to have 3-4 slow guys all the time. ODI has more chances for him to score as well, so it sort of makes sense for Dhoni to skp him in T20. And even Sehwag may not enjoy it much, but "needs" to play

I think playing 11 could be - Sehwag, Gambhir, Kohli, Sachin, Pujara, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Ashwin, Harbhajan, U. Yadav, Zaheer.
And of this (sadly) Sehwag, Gambhir, Sachin, Dhoni and Zaheer are still not in form

Ojha might get a chance as harbhajan is still struggling to take wickets.

Nope, Harbhajan will take few wickets in test and he will be set in team for another year.

Though thats what precisely may happen, but the way he is bowling, I would back even Monty Panesar or Jimmy Anderson to play him well.

Let's see then.Dhoni is always unpredictable and he'll pick the playing 11 of his like.

So its Zaheer/Ishant - based on fitness. Harbhajan/Ojha depending upon Dhoni's mood. Dont see Vijay/Rahane getting a game as Sehwag seemed fit enough to score a century for Delhi after a scare.
