Just updated to Fibre Value (799) plan but only getting 60-65up/down

@CHOPSHOT I only use it via wifi , as I don’t even touch modem since last 2 months as in past i had to pay for due to patch cord replacement due bend/signal loss.
speeds are too volatile today , my max download is 102Mbps , max upload 95.5Mbps. Speeds are fluctuating from 50Mbps to 90Mbps on average.
pings to airmesh server range from 32-36ms and to Delhi(actfibernet) server pings are good 12-16ms.

Asked my Cousin who lives in Kathua to check if he can see the new plans on his selfcare portal and he was able to see those plans and even applied for Fiber Value via the portal just now and it was submitted successfully, even got the E-mail which states that the new plan shall be updated within 2-3 business days.

If he gets the new plan then it'll prove that the new plans are for the whole of Jammu SSA and not just Jammu city.

@AMITSHARMA064 Maybe you should try again.

@Tenet Everything is fine on Lan, getting 110-115 Mbps up/down, WiFi for some reason is only giving 80 Mbps up and 50 Mbps down even though my WiFi link speed is 150 Mbps.

Any solutions other than a new router?

Also note I think the most common issue is wpa encryption, i had changed it to wpa mixed , but nowadays i am using wpa2.

I have a dual band router, so speeds are always LAN like on Wifi fir me , I am currently getting 95 up and down on wifi.

@Sanchit3412 Single band is fine upto 100mbps , above that dual band is compulsory. My current speed tests are also on single band Syrotech.
