yes. local jto. he was non committal reg applicability to existing users but new users will get these plans.

I am from Jammu city and I have got 2 BSNL Fiber connections. One quite old (abt 1 yr) and other about 4 months old at home. The old connections isn't showing the new plans and my new connection is having the problem I posted in OP.

Got my plan updated to fiber value, went to BSNL office with an application and plan change was done in an hour. Getting 90+ Mbps both up and down.

Btw i am not a new user.

Only for new connections is nowhere mentioned . Its for all customers(in applicable districts) for sure . Some states have already updated portals and existing customers have been able to change plans . For some states submitting application physically to nearest exchange/csc works.They will take time upload plans on selfcare because they need to make those visible for selective pin codes and not for whole state.
@Sandy11 My connection is also 4 months old. The issue of Only 1 profile visible between BB/voice happened to me as well 2 months back , but it they automatically came back again on portal.
