Jio Airfiber unlimited data?

Hi All, Since last week Jio Airfiber has not updated data usage on my Airfiber account. Has anybody else seen this in their accounts? i use 1199 airfiber plan
one of the main ask from customers to jio was to provide unlimited data

Try checking your Data Usage in their Chat option. Or WhatsApp number, if it is also available for AirFiber users. It shows data usage alongside the data limit.

Hi Zuke , i checked on my jio app and the website it still shows old data only . it shows me daily usage but overall data usage is still showing of previous week. i easily consume close to 30 gb per day

You mean you are checking it in "Check Usage" option? It sometimes updates after several days for me.

I don't know if there is a different option to check data for Jio AirFiber users. I can see overall used data only if I check it via Chat in JioFiber.
