@akshay71 @markiv I don't see 1Gig+ speeds coming to India, UNLESS and UNTIL the DoT and GoI plans to delicense the entire or lower 6GHz Spectrum for Wi-Fi. ONLY then 2Gig, 5Gig, 8Gig and 10Gig plans will suffice. Until then, 1Gig is the most we are getting. If India wants to compete and move forward in the tech space, they should follow the American or European delicensing method, instead of following the licensing method of China of the entire 6GHz spectrum.
@markiv @doineedto - Could you tell more about the connection, speeds reliability recently? Downtime? Do we get an ipv4 address or is it cgnat etc ? Supports IPV6 ? What routers do they have? Does it support bridge mode? I spoke to their tech guy he said bridge mode is available.

Did you get the static IP easily?
Any issues when using static ip?
Have you used bridgemode? Guy said they allow it.
Does their router hang after like a few days or months of continuous running?
Torrent speeds are good?

What's the real world speeds you're getting?

Static IP is available and cheaper than airtel.

I am on bridge mode with dumb ont, they do mac binding.
I don't have their router so cannot comment on it.
Torrent speed is decent.
At this price point I am satisfied with speed, from Google it is as per plan, my speed on international servers is 20% to 30% lower.
I haven't noticed any speed reduction peak time.

So opted for 500mbps plan. LCO did the connection, but they're unable to reach anywhere near 500mbps. Local Intech servers 350mbps download 500mpbs upload was the best. Rest too bad. Seems this LCO's network is congested or something.
They're trying to fix it, changed router, not changing patch cable.. Said if it doesnt work, they'll change LCO. One week and counting.

So my experience with Mach1 broadband has been terrible in Nagpur.
The speeds are absolute shit compared to what they promised. Only thing is they are cheap. So they think everyone will just go along with it. I've constantly raised the issue with their Nagpur team and all they do is come and take speed tests and waste my time lol.
The so called Engineer's solution to this issue is to give refund rather than solving the issue. So much for being an NOC engineer.
The customer support said I should get 480/480 speeds at the minimum but local team has no one with a brain. It's really frustrating. I mean they're unable to give even half the speed! I've mailed them 3-4 times now and there's no solution
Best thing is my 200mbps Bsnl plan which gives 240/240 most times beats this connection in almost every test except latency during the day till 12am night. This only beats Bsnl around 2am to 5am
Would highly reccomend people who are customers, do a speed test on fast. Com, cloudflare speed test, OVH speed test and raise complaints regarding the promised speeds with a screenshot.
