MTNL Broadband: ADSL light on, but no internet connectivity

Am new to using MTNL TriB. Do these kind of issues go away or does one have to follow up with the CC?

Guys my adsl issue got resolved. Called D-Link support today and told them the issue once again. They made me change my adsl modulation from adsl2+(multimode) to adsl (multimode). Don't know how much will affect the speed i will post the SNR details afterwards to get more info on that
