i just called up cc and her is my conversation:me:hello,abhi main 749 plan use kar raha hoon, pata nahin kon sa 749 plan hai ,normal wala ya NU wal,par 2mbps speed nahin mil rahi hai.mtnl namuna:sir,794 plan main aapko 256 kbps speed milegi.me

very confused and stoping laughter)are nahin 2mbps milti hai,(after a long talk i was able to convince him).mtnl namuna:sir,maine aapki complaint forward kar di hai,24 hours ke andar andar resolve ho jayega.Hope so,but see ,the cc guys are so dumb , deaf and blind.they keep on sleeping. they dont even know abt the new plans.really namune.

i have sent another hatemail that they should at least give me 2mbps speeds if not NU.
mtnl walon ke CC ke logon ko kuchchh bhi samajh nahin aata.

Hatemail will do nothing, I guess you were also among the people who applied as soon as booking started for this plan, they have given DSL_749 to those people. Same is the case for me, no NU no 2mbps.
