There are ceiling mount access points that can do multiple floors below them but I have no experience with them, you can look into them as well since you are looking for vertical range.

I don't think AX10 can do 1Gbps or anywhere near that.

That doesn't look bad you might be able to get 500Mbps over 5GHz, no promises on that though. Gotta try it out.
How many wifi bars are you getting btw?

I cannot really say about 500Mbps but both of my parents phone do hit close to 250Mbps on 5GHz and My laptop gets close to 300 - 350 on 5GHz. I don't have a higher tier plan so can't really comment beyond my scope.

Archer A6 is good.

Definitely, currently using one and it has been going pretty great for 20 Days non stop.

I have gotten around 350 Mbps sometimes on my laptop . With a link speed of 866/866, so won't it be good for 500Mbps as well?
