I'm not sure about the Asus interface. Here's how it looks for a TP-Link router. You have to create a custom VLAN profile.

Spoke to airtel backend team. They need to enable bridge from their backend it seems. Backend team lead took Mac ID and Serial Number of the router to enable it from the back end

the G-2425G-A Nokia router GPON page has channel option set to "auto", and greyed out. Is there a way to change that? if not, why

@fizified use inspect element and delete the attribute "disabled" from the input tag for the drop down for channel selection. Then save the settings.

I am still not able to get the bridge mode working. None of the Airtel guys seem to even understand what I am asking.

@gopichandpai Not sure why you're unable to make it work. The process has worked for most of us. Some settings you'll have to adjust based on your router.

Btw why do you need bridge mode? For normal browsing you can just connect via LAN. For port forwarding you can DMZ your router and that should solve the issue.

If you have a config backup, try resetting the router and setup bridge mode again.

Ok, got it working but not fully! I had to enable dual WAN on my Asus router and choose the primary connection as LAN1. Once this was done, it started working. But getting about 130Mpbs on 200Mbps plan.

I will delete the profile on Nokia ONT and see if it improves the speed. Connecting directly to Nokia ONT gives me full speed

Any one achieved bridgemode without VLAN tagging? I've google mesh wifi which does not VLAN tagging.
