anything above 30k is a no go. too little, too late Nokia.

aww. now do not be so unfair with nokia. they finally have a product that can compete with 6 months old android devices in the market! give them a break :P

and yes. i am amazed to see people prepared to spend Rs. 35K for a Windows Phone 8 device. i understand that these are great devices. but my bias just stops me from accepting that they are better purchases than S3 or N2. :)

fwiw the camera on the 920 is miles ahead of anything android has 2 offer. even a lumia 900 is way more smooth to operate than a jelly bean Galaxy s3. android can never and will never reach the smoothness of win8 or ios unless they dump the virtual machine garbage they use. that is the reason u need 4 cores just to get a decent lag free experience on a phone !! lolzall the messing and fiddling around just to have a stable headache free os isn't xactly the hallmark of the greatest mobile os is it ?? ;Pshould i mention how fugly all the android phones are?? compare the lumias and the 8x/8s with any android. the androids prolly look like someone designed em 5 yrs back !! wp8 deserves a premium price tag over android anyday.

the fact that a OS can run more smoothly on a dual core with 1 gb ram than a os running on quad core with 1 gb ram ram shows how well it has been coded !

anyday. simple reason : the quality of apps and the way they are designed simply makes it irrelevant to have 10 apps to do the same thing. u should prolly use a lumia for a couple of days and compare apps !! having a zillion apps is a foolish argument to say xyz OS is better. what matters is the quality. if i go by ur logic then android is garbage compared to IOS !! lol

Why would I give a phuck to a good coded 40k device?I don't see one good reason.

1. a camera that beats everything in the market2. almost all apps are available xcept for maybe instagram n 1-2 others3. a tightly integrated social networking( how abt not having ot open a damn app for everything ??)4. a OS that just works ?5. sumthing that actually allows u to be productive (the entire office package ??) and pl don't tell me about the third class office apps available for android. they are no match6. a os which is updated directly by MS rather than the manufacturer. !u don't see a reason or u don't want to see one ?? :)

see, i am sick and tired of crappy cameras on high end android phones myself. Nokia is doing a lot of good stuff there. but in the end, the platform has its restrictions.i mean you do not call lubuntu a superior os over windows 8 just because it can run on an old processor with 512MB RAM. the overall features matter here. and specifications do not matter when you are talking about two models which are priced on similar levels. you have to decide what offers a better value for money. if nokia lumia 920 is indeed priced at Rs. 40,000 (MRP which means actual retail prices would be around Rs. 37-38K initially), i do not see it as a value for money purchase. but yeah, they do have an advantage on the middle segment if they can offer good devices in the range of 18-22K segment which is where Android is the most vulnerable. this i believe is the hottest segment for smartphones in india (even though budget segment is probably much much bigger, but this is where you can actually have profitable devices).
