well the problem is that the extra members are getting here now is usually given to the sales people or agents who brings in the new customer. since you applied on your own, that commission was probably already taken by someone else (shopkeeper or tele-agent).

@ Jymn, At the moment the affiliate program is only for new customers, but trust me we @ Videocon d2h Online are really cooking up something "Heavy Duty" Nice for existing customers. Bye the way howz ur connection going and yes we are launching the HD finally. Good news is that the new HD DVR's have been billed to the Channel Partners, The bad news is we @ D2H Online might only be able to service Mumbai and Delhi clients for the Online sales.@ Amit I do understand that we have some issues with the recharge system which we are revamping. there is not much difference. you would get a voucher with some additional value that is not provided otherwise. basically, i am not taking my share in the entire deal. think of it as getting the product at dealer price.

also... we would try to get it installed as soon as possible with best possible sales and support. if you face any problems, i can ensure that you get priority support.
