Its not a "himalayan" task to find better ways of marketing. Just watch for these1) Come up with good pricing strategy. (Think in terms of a new customer who compares different packages). Dont exaggerate the channel prices, make it affordable.2) Educate the CC of everything about the product. Make them understand that they are being fed because of new customers. If they do not know the answer, raise it to next level and do not keep customers in dark space.3) Do not come up with unfair practices like moving FTA channels to premium packages etc. A small trigger will raise a bad mark which will last for ever.4) Be sensible in designing packages. Please understand that there are hell lot of channels which most of the people do not want. Dont club those channels with popular channels and make customers pay for them unintentionally.5) Dont make a mockery of al-a-carte channel provision. Make it user friendly and customer affordable.6) Interact more with customers and find out what they want and what are their concerns. Give them notice well before the recharge date, so that they wont get surprised due to disconnections7) Give instant manual replies to queries. Make it clear and easy to understand.8) Strive for latest technology. Dont wait for other providers or the regulatory authority to come up with new things. Be the pioneer.Anything more to add...?
