Ping High, Ping Not Stable, Packet Loss Online Gaming

I play dota 2 , csgo, pubg etc. all of them has unstable ping ,high ping and packet loss. i call my repair man and he said its happening for all bsnl user. is this true ? and whenever there is electricity cutoff there is always this kind of problem excluding download n upload its been 4 days. Specially SEA SERVER

BSNL Broadband/FTTH have always had ping issues to Mumbai AWS and Singapore AWS. Both of which were popular games like PUBG and Fortnite hosts their Asian/Middle eastern servers.

There's no solution except to keep complaining to BSNL.

same case with me high ping,reported in twitter they said there is upgrade going on.So, going to take some time.But with VPN packet loss and ping gets stable for me

BTW I check my ping using speedtest to SEA and i get 70-80 but when i open my dota and csgo 2 i get 100-150 plus packet loss on top of that VPN doesn't solve in my case. i used to get 70-80 normally in game without any problem. but in pubg i got 70-80 ping. i got so confuse

About the upgrade I heard it from my BSNL office upon contacting,but in tweet they just mention it is going to take time to restore.
