Ping High, Ping Not Stable, Packet Loss Online Gaming

Now back on 117. Series.

So today morning slowness issues (just browsing/downloading, i dont game) started for my connection too here in Pune. It was fine till last night.

Did anyone of you also facing same problems ? i feels like i wanna change my ISP but BSNL is the only one whos providing more data and speed for per month. In my area we only have private ISP provider and they gives only 1,2,4,20,40 Mbps not MBps. and they cost more for 4,20,40Mbps for 2k,4k,6.5k. and the cheap 650 per month has 20Mbps but gives 100GB Data. and my per month data usage is like 500-600GB

complaining about ping and packet loss to customer care seems to get no help at all...i dont think they know what is ping and packet loss. when i told them i am getting high ping n packet loss they ask to me what is ping ...i just hang up the phone.

@Kamei Go to your local NIB office. Those guys there know some basic networking terminologies.

If that doesn't work, give them an ultimatum that you'll switch to Jio Fiber if they don't fix the problem in 48 hours.

For me, I did that and latency improved by -200ms, now it averages around 100ms. Which is better than before.
