Possible to use the SIP/Voip from voice on FTTH with Freepbx or something similar?

^ Yeah that's the same settings I was using with Zoiper. But with GS Wave doesn't work. Perhaps it's some remote connectivity issue with Zerotier. Will test it more.

Anyway X-Lite works great on my Mac, I can even do conference calls.

@varkey May I know which router are you using for openwrt? I'm thinking to ditch my pfsense box. It's an overkill for my home and running on old hardware consume more energy

@abbyck I am using a relatively old Western Digital My Net 750 with OpenWRT -- OpenWrt Project: Western Digital My Net N750

I think you could look at the TP-Link Archer C7 or the Asus RT-AC58U, both comes to around 5k or so.

If you want to stick with Pfsense, maybe go for a minipc (there are many available in AliExpress) (would be light on power consumption) and club it with a managed smart switch?

@Nikhil Sharma On my ONT/ONU? Nope. I use a Netlink device, please check page 3 of the manual below shows the ports and buttons available. Why do you ask? What kind of button are you looking for?

ONT config guy is asking me if there is any button to pair. They have to sync the devices. (for Voice)

@Nikhil Sharma That's unlikely, unless they support some sort of automatic configuration system, even then, a button wouldn't be there for that.

It's just a matter of configuring a WAN profile accordingly, and then making the required changes to the SIP profile.
