In addition to the above statement, another proof that Essar Group is a handicap for Vodafone India: Vodafone is still thinking about its STD tariff to take on Airtel and Reliance Mobile, despite substantial time passing by.Essar is the worst partner ever for Vodafone and previously Hutch. No benefits are ever passed onto Vodafone consumers.BPL Mobile: Co-owned by Essar, faces the same issues for fixing tariff. In the UK, Vodafone competes effectively with all its competitors and is innovative in its price offerings.

Vodafone lifetime old customers still pay RS 2 per call whereas on Airtel all customers enjoy Re 1 /call

@OP: In the first sentence, you say voda sucks and are presumably angry. In the next sentence, you burst out with LOLs, what the hell?:ashamed: Are you laughing or angry. Make up your mind, and stop overusing these silly acronyms.

Guys...cool down. Let me clarify u 1 thing, Vodafone does session based billing. So in a session if u d/l 6 KB it wud get rounded off to 10 KB & the same is also mentioned in their site. Even I got bugged up the 1st time I rcvd the bill. The best way to bring down the cost is to either remain connected throughout (by setting your GPRS connection settings to "Always ON" from "When Needed") else maintaining a longer session connectivity time. If you are a postpaid subscriber, download ur bill from ur online My Vodafone account. They hv a small bug with their system - they charge Rs.75 for Itemized Billing for certain plans, but u can get complete Itemized Bill free of cost by downloading the same thing from the net. :P

well, Vodafone has to surely improve some services if they wanna create any impression in India...maybe Vodafone should launch 3G in india first and thus set an example to other service providers..we need technology...anyways their tarrifs is one of the best, thats y am on Vodafone still...:)
