Hey Buddy!! try ur SIM wid some other phone and try weather it works..sounds like a phone issue

The problem is not with the phone for sure because I tried my friend's mobile and the result is same. Also, my phone works good with my friends sim(vodafone, aircel, bsnl) card.Problem is with SIM only.

then visit a VF shop.convince the ppl there its a SIM problemthey will replace the faulty SIM free at least in Mumbai, in 10 minutes flat.u can use the new SIM usually within 2 hrs

One of my friend was unable to configure his Sony mobile for GPRS. He went to VF shop in his area (he stays in kharghar in Navi-mumbai......they recently opened a very big and posh shop over there). There the person told him to go another VF shop in Vashi (some 12 Kms away) to configure his GPRS. I asked the VF guy, if we have to go to Vashi for such a small issue, why the hell they have opened such a big shop over here ?? To redirect customers to Vashi ?? And the idiot was laughing looking at me. :madness:

this happens everywhere. most of the shops (even if they are big in size) are only for payments and new connections. i went to three reliance webworlds to get a connection disconnected. all of them pointed to a far off destination which is supposed to be the only one in gurgaon to have that capability.companies spend lakhs on opening up these showrooms. and than they would fill them with idiots with absolutely no knowledge or power.reliance excels at this. the franchisee people are rude, absolutely pathetic at public relations. they blame the customer on their face for any problems faced by them.

i got a call from vodafone saying that "i'm a very old & loyal customer & my no. has been selected" (something that i hate the most to hear for the 4th time) & she offered me an add-on card on which i would get vodafone corp. full value 199 plan (the famous plan with 200 min & 200 sms free in 200 bucks).i asked can i get the same scheme on this no., she said sorry & then good bye. this is what happens to loyalty. today vodafone is offering this scheme on new conn. you dont need any contact to get this plan. but for an existing customer, not applicable. basically - 'yeh toh already mera bakra hai...' kinda attitude:@

same with me, when i lost my cellphone 2 months ago, i went to get a replacement SIM with same number.the rep there first said their xerox machine is outta order so i gotta go out and get a copy of my Pan card for Id purposes.then she said she'd blocked the Lost SIM as if she were doing me a favour.and when she saw in my records that i was a customer from the days of Orange(2002)she tried to convince me to get a new connection coz as a "loyal customer" i could get the SIM freeI explained that i already have 2 diffrent VF numbers in my own name and 6 others in my IMMEDIATE family, but the B**tch was hell bent on selling me a new connection :@instead of continuing with the old number and the greatest plan of all COPR FV199And this was an old shop ,even older than my 6 yr old connection at Borivali(W).The name changed from Orange-Hutch-VF, but the chicks have changed from Good looking-desibaba-plain dumb !!!:cool2:(No offence to desis, coz we are all Desis, but ........)

^ basically she wanted you to lose your corporate plan. i just hate the way these people (also credit card) beg and and try to force you to get things done their way.

My validity was about to over in 2 days. So first of all i recharged my cell with bonus card of 59 it was successfully done, and then after 30 minutes i recharged with 195 rs which gives 3 years validity. And guess what, my earlier recharge was gone. I called CC and told them about this mess, they told me that since i recharged with 195 later, earlier bonus card is wasted. What the fcuk ? At least i was expecting to credit 59 rs in my balance, but nothing was done, and the CC agent was opening his bloody mouth only to tell me that i am sorry and nothing can be done. So beware anyone if they are planning to extend the validity this way.
