Problems with Vodafone India

2days gon no refund given was told to get it within 24hrs on 6th May by nodal officer.
Tried calling on nodal officer no. of Vodafone got automated message that the user messages are full wtf?
Now I have written another email to them about this, again now the waiting period. Sukx big time !!!!!!

I don't plan to call cc for any services related info. now as I spoke to them few days back they are telling me even if i dwnd on Rs 95 recharge 2GB from another site other then Vodafone live I will be charged....complete misguided info. end result burden on the consumer of Vodafone

Actually is on the 95 recharge you download from Vodafone live you will be charged, not from other sites

ya I hope so I might activate this plan soon. But unfortunately I have to do it thrw easy recharge. I already have enough bal. on my cell but still I hav to do a easy rechg. unlike airtel where plan can be activated by sending a simple msg.

spoke to VOD. they are saying tht they have have blocking system by which they block the customers no. I asked how long they block it they are saying it is for 20 to 30 days nd they dnt have any way to unblock it.
Now I was having problem with one of their service which was suppose to be updating automatically everyday but it does not so I wanted knw how are they charging me fr it nd nt providing the service....but those @!#@!@ have blocked the CC for whole 30 Days. (calling thm threw landline takes even longer nd this whole system of vod. is just not What I wanted whn I shifted from airtel)


Even airtel has barring system but never In my 6yrs of being with airtel I faced any shit Like I am facing with Vodafone CC here.......I think airtel should have put happy to help adds instead of Vodafone since airtel atlest doesn't bar the shit out of you.


SICK VODAFONE CC never TAKE VODAFONE india until u will not be using their #@##@# CC service or ur 100 % sure u will never have any problems.

it is due to customer care barring.. if you call cc more than 3 time in a week you cc will be barred for 1 month.

see before starting this tread you could have directly contacted customer care but you didn't and you say its only small amount i.e, 2-3 rs , but you could have called them and explained what if vodafone deducts the same from 100 or 1000 customers and with out giving any service they would be making 2000 - 3000 rs ....I live in karnataka ( mysore ) and travel regularly to tamil nadu ( coimbatore ) and funny part is my gprs can be used free of cost , ( i hav activated 2gb plan ) but i keep wandering why they are not charging on roaming..... anyhow saving lot of money ....cheersshonith

To me, this was the reason I chose Vodafone, from MTNL. The next best thing they have is a Rs 49 pack with 750 SMS. Which just isn't good enough :/Is this only in delhi or in other states as well?

I bought a new prepaid connection of Vodafone 2 weeks with my Galaxy Tab. Trying to get it to work has been an exercise in futility.First the shop I got the sim couldn't get it to Activate. I had to go to Vodafone Store @ Ansal Plaza to get my papers resubmitted. After countless calls to 111, it took them another week to get the sim card active.I got a recharge of 95 for 2GB browsing done & got a message telling me to sms "S

vodafone edge would not work with the apps on the android platform. i believe only the stock browser works.

get the airtel 98 rupee 2gb package.

why would you care about MNP with Galaxy tab? it is not even a smartphone. just buy a new connection!

You can use it as a smartphone with bluetooth.I guess the best thing will be to get a new connection. How is Idea in Delhi ??
