Have you checked on the reverse of the page? There will be a discounted section where your Data Usage is discounted. There are some issues like this when you change between VMC plans where they havent discounted or they havent charged rental but charged for usage. You should be getting a discount of Rs 1300.Phone customer care and inform them of this issue and they rectify the total bill amount within 3 days

Viru, I have already mentioned talk to customer care about rectification. This sort of billing mistake happens for many and I've encountered it many times for corporate accounts.

why voda charge me, im 3gb free download-er,if he charge 63.87 rs then maybe free data is around 1gb. but i download 200mb.:ashamed:


Err... did you sum up the charges for all the 3 line items that you have highlighted? The sum is not even close to what is written there. This should give you a MUCH BETTER basis to corner these people

Also, that suggests me to check my own bills for these mis-calculations.
