Railways starts new portal for online ticket booking, gets good response

If you will read the TOI article it clearly states that new portal has already been launched.
And yes they use IRCTC platform itself. But consider manual ticketing and IRCTC ticketing has there been cases that same berth is allotted to 2 persons??

I think email the editor for this article would be better idea to know what they actually pointing to.

LOL readers blasted on TOI and asked the writer of the article to be fired :P

What is weird that article claims many people know abt it and using it too.

I wonder if there are many people who are more knowledgeable than we the members of IBF :D
 
TOI is a piece of junk. They don't proof read, they don't investigate .They just write what they feel like. And I am not blabbering. You can check most of their articles and they are all baseless assumptions from sources, which only get denied a few days later by a few other sources
 
must have saved money on putting server load balancer. also would have posted on public cloud with cheap service provider
 
same here.. just title on window bar has come. nothing came.and why create confusing names? one is www . indianrail . gov . in and now www . indianrailways . gov . in
 
booking railway ticket looks very cumbersome process ......so many codes and stuff to enter.....lol
