Rcom first line support is is useless to say the least, have you contacted appellate or president.services?

i have contacted [email protected] no use. This is my complaint at pg "My internet broadband subscriber id is 3XXXXXXXX. I have paid my bill yet my connection has been suspended due to non payment of bill. I have raised complaints regarding the same and written mails with proof of payment to the service provider yet there has been no action taken on this issue. I request your help in resolving this issue." As of now the complaint has been forwaded to relaince officer

Lol. Down right now. Gateway is down. Phone is working.

I woke up at around 9:30pm. Reliance was down. Called up the guy. He said he would look into it tomorrow morning. Landline is working so I guess it's a backend problem.
