I have paid my bill yet my connection has been suspended due to non payment of bill. I have raised complaints regarding the same and written mails with proof of payment to the service provider yet there has been no action taken on this issue. I woke up at around 9:30pm. Reliance was down. Called up the guy. He said he would look into it tomorrow morning. Landline is working so I guess it's a backend problem.
