Still cannot configure my account on Reliance Website. It just does not accept the values for Connection and Subscriber ID. Had to use InstaPay to pay the bill this month.
after arguing with dicks for more than a few weeks, they have finally fixed their backend and i have now been able to add my broadband connection to MY RELIANCE account to access bills online.
I'm getting my line checked. As soon more than 3 users browse or use internet simultaneously, the router loses connectivity. Modem acts like everything is fine and then after 5 minutes all the lights stop blinking and gets back to working condition again.
Seems like a SNR issue or something? I can't hook up modem to PC as they're quite far so I cannot really see what are those values
