They consider landline and broadband as two different 'connections'. I have different subscriber IDs for both of them. The mail mentions the landline connection subscriber id which is being disconnected. Broadband is treated as a different service altogether.
Ok. I think my plan has been changed. Here is a confusion. The unbilled usage page now opens and shows me my daily usage. Previously this page showed an error saying that it is only available to users on limited bandwidth plans.
