They consider landline and broadband as two different 'connections'. I have different subscriber IDs for both of them. The mail mentions the landline connection subscriber id which is being disconnected. Broadband is treated as a different service altogether.

Ok. I think my plan has been changed. Here is a confusion. The unbilled usage page now opens and shows me my daily usage. Previously this page showed an error saying that it is only available to users on limited bandwidth plans.

My plan section shows: 4 Mbps Plan

Looks alright though:

That's fine. Don't worry. Even I can see the daily and monthly usage from portal. I am thunder 699 plan.
