Reliance Broadband in Chennai?

How come someone just write something thinking that it would be my email...horrible.....then i corrected the email id and i was told that my billing cycle starts from today even before getting connection.....

I have never heard of such horrific things in my life before. Bill Cycle starts before Installation and that fool writing email as first[email protected] .

In my case he wrote the email id as firstname.year of [email protected] :D

Hurrayyyyyyyyyyyy..................... I got the connection today :)Reliance guys called me up on 2:00 PM and got it installed by 3:30PM.....thank god that i got it soon...He told that I am lucky that there were enough modem is available in stock, so they came quickly to install otherwise it would take a week .... :)

Woww man...you are very very true....I have no complain of speed I booked for 1mbps unlimited connection and the speed works...but u know what happend...the time I got the connection I started downloading by torrents...I left my lappy and modem on since 4PM yesterday and I checked at 4:30AM this morning and still it was working.....and now the problem starts....I checked around 9:30 today morning you know what "no internet access" I dont even have phone to check whether the line is working or not...only "LAN" indicator glows in modem and other indicator "DSL" is just dead....I rang up CC and you what reply I got....your record is not yet updated in our system and we cannot take up your complaint, it will take 72hrs to get your records updated and try after 72hrs or call up the person who did the installation... :(

What is this??? You took my money and you started eating out of it and your fking record is not updated...bloody blood suckers!!!!!!!

I rang the guy he is not at all picking up his phone.....I dont know wat to do...I searched for a telephone in my house found a telephone which was bought a very long time ago and it was not at all used..just connected it and No dial tone....I dono whether its the line problem or phone problem coz i have never used dat phone...... :(( :((

Happy day with Reliance! Today sunday nobody will solve your problem... if u call the CC they will say "we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused" our technician will attend your call in 48 - 72 hrs.... We need net at home on sundays whn we are free, but net will not work on Sunday... FUN with Reliance...

NO Connection given! Internet Not working! CC is not answering! but your Rental is started on the application date.... Good Reliance... Good!!! :tongue2:
 
Oh god...I am really fed up with this reliance. The problem was solved only today 12:00 PM. I was tired calling those customer care guys and I got really angry when they said that my complain t was resolved and closed on 22.08.11, I shouted at that guy and said how can u people close the complaint by yourself and dont you guys check with the customer before closing it, Whatever, they were saying some server problem and it was solved today afternoon..I used internet since 12:00PM and now the next problem started. The connection got disconnected at 4:00PM. This time I can see DSL indicator glows in the modem but in my laptop it says "no internet access" I dono how long they wil take to clear this problem. May be again 3 days. I tried calling customer care , the lady asked me to change som IP settings and still not got sloved , Finally she said again its a server problem technical guy wil come back to me. The problem is they dont have a technical guy who will come back to a customer to solve the problem. I am tired of this Sh*t.
