I told them in advance that everything, every interaction is under audio-video surveillance. Everything is in black and white. They can’t charge shamelessly and later hide behind mom’s pallu, no?

i have shocking evidence against Omveer, Mukesh Pandey, Kishore and Mahadev (all from Jio) as well. Well, you need to keep a log of everything. Its‘s their word against yours. It is a vicious cut-throat materialistic world of selling false dreams to innocent customers that we have here, not a Utopia.

They deserve the justice of Asgard.

Totally agree but the slap should be directed to the real culprits i.e. Ambani's..... who are taking India for a ride. Using their Political clout to destroy the telecom sector and creating a monopoly for themselves.

Honestly, i feel we expected too much from Jio Fiber after thier 4G launch afterall they are reliance which is always known for his shady and underhanded approach.
Jio fiber is gonna start give connections in my area but I'm not taking it and gonna stay with my BSNL ADSL because only my parents use it and i dont trust reliance.
They're gonna f**k up the entire telecommunications industry and be a monopoly.
@soulroute You better cancel the service and try to get your money back. I understand your view regarding the employees. I guess the straight forward approach won't work with those a**holes and we should try to use thier tactics against them to get the job done.

My biggest concern is there will be a lot of trouble in surrendering the connection and getting back the money. Those who are aware of the current scenario of jio fiber like us will surely give up on it if the plans are not going to be changed.

We have already used it for quite some time now, so technically that 4500/- is already realized for us. I will just keep the connection and won't recharge it until Jio gets better plans. This is the same thing I am doing with Airtel DTH.
