So I talked to jio customer care regarding why I am unable to do top ups they say because I have crossed the limit and that I will be able to do them again on 23rd december when my last activated 100 gb plan expires.

But do you still see the 100 gb free preview offer listed in the recharge plans ? I am not asking about the queued up plans, but the ones that show up in the list of recharge plans.
I was assuming that this is the last free preview offer for everyone. I am not able to see any 100 gb free preview offer now, it shows only paid plans. And I was told by cc that this is my last preview month.
Well previously combined with 100gb recharges and 40gb top ups I used upto 7 TB in 30-31 days
Currently I have 64 consumed 40gb top ups in my queue and around 15 consumed 100gb recharges.

Even the last 30 days I have used over 4 TB.
This is just the usage on my laptop. Apart from this 3 smart tvs with regular netflix prime and Hotstar streaming (both 4K and 1080p) and multiple mobile phones with regular youtube etc usage. So probably total could be near 4.5 TB.
With such high usage and shitty jio plans I will have to get some local isp or Tata Sky bb until airtel brings fiber in my area (even though airtel unlimited plan is 3333GB I can control my usage to that extent I guess)
Ok. I don’t understand their logic. After I did my last recharge on Dec 11th , the free preview plan disappeared. I guess they must be doing it in a phased manner. I will be getting the set top box tomorrow and will share my experience. If someone has any questions for the installation guys, let me know.
