cancer10, Only the D/l between 10pm to 8 am are free (no deduction). But if you d/l anything over 150MB between the hours of 8am and 10pm 1 day WILL BE DEDUCTED.

OK, Does that mean if I download 200 MB from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM and again 100 MB from 9:00 AM till 9:00 PM (sameday) will not deduct my validity?
[/quote]Why 1 am to 7 am, you can download from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM unlimited, and then from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM 150 mb of data without any deduction in number of days.
Besides could anyone confirm this please, since quite a few days I am noticing that at 07:59 AM my session is closed and a new session begins automatically (ie the connection is booted), is this because of this new policy they have started?

Oh my god , so many changesfrom "shared"(initially) to unlimited (75MB hidden limit) to unlimited(no limit---this was the best) to 200MB limit to 150 mb limit to again shared(family range package--i think its the second best)now it is like a combo pack-->limited data transfer + night unlimited

My connection to Sify gets booted at 9:59:45 PM and then again at 07:59:45 AM, everyday, this I think is due to the unlimited night hours

Well, according to me this new policy wouldn't be publicised by them. If that happens they will again have to make it limited. This shouldn't spread widely. Confine this info to this forum only. I don't wanna go back to the 150MB/Day limits again.... I'm sure no one does.
