well i have solved this mystery by a long and frustrating chat with the ccits is like this if u download between 10 pm to 8 am no deductions would be made but the data limit for the day is 150 MB and for ever 25MB over the 150 Mb one day of validity is deducted and the deduction would happen on that day only as it happened with me

where is it wriiten? can you post the link.

Go to sifybroadband.com and download the TOC file at bottom of pageOr check the service plans page

yeah on service plans page 10-8 clause is not written but 25 MB over 150 Mb is written

i believe still the MTNL NU plan is far better than Sify's any of the plans...coz they don't have unlimited in the range of 256 kbps anyhow...and it's cheaper than their 128 kbps one month unlimited plan, wherein u can download the max between 10 pm and 8 am...so still Sify sucks!!!! :D

I am again confused, 1 day was deducted from my account today. I had made sure that i was downloading in access of 150mb only between 10pm an 8am. I absoutely madesure that i kept it below 150mb during the day hours(8am to 10pm). I really don't see the rational behind the deduction.

Sify is not at all a broadband service, as I have experienced. They are really cheating the customer. They have very customer service.. I have never known with the corporate company like sify will also cheat a lay man. I was really frustated with entire company. Even I'm not recommeding my friends to join in sify, if they get a offers..

OK, Does that mean if I download 200 MB from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM and again 100 MB from 9:00 AM till 9:00 PM (sameday) will not deduct my validity?

Please confirm me.

Thanx :)
