Slow Download Speeds On Nokia G-2425G A

I have been Using Airtel 300 Mbps Plan and have been getting download speed of about 100- 200 mbps on lan cable from the last 5 days.
I am experiencing these speeds both on Static IP and PPPoE .
Static IP is on Nokia ONT and PPPoE on my Mikrotik Router.
Can this be a DNS issue? Is there a option to change this in PPPoE?
Or Is It Something Else?
Upload Speeds are excellent always 350+ .
The Router Is Locked.

-24 is alright. Anything less than -28 dBm is alright and should not cause problems although it should be <=-25 DBm to be on the safer side. Power can vary based on the length of wire from FAT box to the router. Airtel is using splicing method in all regions afaik so no issues with that.

-24 is totally fine. It doesnt seem to be backend issue as well.

I was getting shit speeds today till afternoon, and then they did something and its fixed.

My pings are terrible, 80ms to Mumbai and 20ms to local servers.

Update : Speeds dropped to 140mbps. Lol no idea whats happening.

this issue is also present in my old dsl id (200 mbps plan) which still has validity till 24 nov , on that also I am getting 110-130 speeds,

downloading windows iso file for checking and it is downloading at 5-6 mbps on 300 plan.

The technician came and that time speed was 240 on lan he said this is acceptable and closed the complaint.

This seems like a gateway or something like that issue to me.

They recently also changed some 8 casette to 16 casette to my fat box after that these started.

fat box to my home distance is 70m approx. @Rickysin anyways they have told that they will reduce power after tuesday.

Still figuring out how do I solve this. Help would be appreciated..

@Skeeter yours is a 1G plan? or this is on ipv6 speeds?

Best would be, unless you require those speeds for your daily tasks, downgrade to a lower tier plan. Most households should suffice with 100Mbps.

@Lolita_Magnum No I would be degrading to a 200 plan but not below that never because at a time about 25-30 devices are connected to my mesh, 24 hrs surveillance also I was planning for free WIFI for my patients coming to the hospital so I don't think 100 would suffice.
and for next 3 months I cant do anything in this as I paid in advance for it.
For the time being how do I solve this ??

100 suffices, if you have a decent shaper.
On a professional capacity, I have architected in multinational offices around the globe, where among 150 users 25-30Mbps is used.
It's a dia, but not like we have variable speeds here.
